Quest Alliance

Quest Alliance works so that young people in India can learn, find good work and build a life they choose. It works with schools, ITIs and vocational training institutes to build skills that employers actually look for, and it works with governments and industry so those opportunities reach young people who would otherwise miss them. Much of its work is with learners in small towns and districts, where the distance between a training classroom and a real job is widest. The organisation builds the capacity of teachers, trainers and institute staff so the work continues after a programme ends. This role sits within Quest Alliance's Youth Program team, which connects learners in ITIs and vocational institutes to employers, apprenticeships and other livelihood opportunities.
