Role

Quest Alliance is looking for a Program Coordinator – Learning Experience to lead programme implementation in the North East region. The role focuses on adapting learning programmes to local contexts, strengthening stakeholder capacity, improving learner experiences, and coordinating with state and central teams to deliver high-quality education initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Adapt and implement programme designs based on state needs.
• Support programme pilots, rollouts, training, and field visits.
• Analyse programme data and share insights with central teams.
• Build the capacity of trainers and state stakeholders through training and TOTs.
• Identify curriculum gaps and recommend content improvements.
• Coordinate with programme, placement, and monitoring teams.
• Document regional reports, case studies, and best practices.
• Support innovation pilots and programme improvements.
• Translate programme strategy into state-level action plans.
• Ensure adherence to organisational finance, HR, and operational policies.

Requirements

• Graduate in Social Work or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in programme implementation, training, or education management.
• Experience working with NGOs, ed-tech organisations, or government projects.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse programme data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Canva, Google Workspace, and AI prompting tools is desirable.
• Professional working proficiency in Assamese, English, and Hindi.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the North East region.
