The team partners with nonprofits, philanthropies, CSR programmes, social enterprises, and governments to find practical solutions to complex social problems. Early clients include Jan Sahas, EnAble India, and Dhwani RIS. 10x Impact Labs is incubated at IIM-B NSRCEL and Wadhwani Foundation, and is a member of Catalyst 2030.

Role

Lead the growth of an AI community initiative under 10x Impact Labs' AI for Impact programme. This role covers everything from building the ecosystem and forming partnerships to running programmes and keeping the community engaged.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a community of AI builders, mentors, and practitioners
• Lead workshops, hackathons, and community programmes from planning to completion
• Develop and manage partnerships with organisations, contributors, and ecosystem stakeholders
• Drive participant engagement and support overall community growth

Requirements

• 6 to 8 years of experience in programme management, community building, or consulting
• Proven experience managing partnerships and initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with AI tools, innovation ecosystems, and emerging technologies
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
