Role
Hold programmes, funding, and partnerships together for Sama NavGurukul's digital inclusion initiative running delivery across the Sama Saathi Programme, writing and managing grants and fellowships, and leading CSR and corporate outreach to bring in more devices and funding partners.
Responsibilities
- Run day to day delivery across the Saathi Programme and new verticals managing timelines, budgets, field coordination, and reporting
- Work directly with Saathis on and off the ground; turn field data into evidence that programmes work and can be sustained
- Write and manage funding proposals for trusts, corporates, and CSR partners from first pitch to signed grant
- Maintain and grow the fellowship and grants tracker across funding, recognition, and visibility opportunities
- Lead CSR and corporate outreach, matching partners to the right programme vertical based on their priorities
- Shape how Sama presents itself through decks, one-pagers, and programme documentation
- Build toward leading a small team as the grant book and partner list expand
Requirements
- Experience managing a programme, a partnership pipeline, or a communications function ideally some mix of all three
- Ability to write grant proposals that funders would approve
- Comfortable both on field visits and in remote pitch settings
- Self-driven and able to build processes independently without hand-holding
- Genuine belief that outcomes for Saathis, students, and communities matter more than the metrics that represent them
- Willingness to travel to programme sites across India
