Nimaya Foundation is a not-for-profit started in 2021 by Navya Nanda and Samyak Chakrabarty. It prepares young women who face social and money barriers for a world of work that AI is changing fast. The work sits where employability meets AI readiness, so that the young women it serves, called Nimaya Naaris, are not pushed out by AI but are ready to take part and lead in the new economy. Working with partners such as the Government of India's IndiaAI Mission, Nimaya has reached more than 10,000 Nimaya Naaris across 5 states through its flagship GenAI Ready Naari programme. Role

As Program Manager for the Haryana GenAI Ready Naari Program, you will be the person who makes the Faridabad programme happen. You will own cohort planning, the enrolment pipeline, batch scheduling and the 700-learner target, lead the on-ground field team, keep trainers and local partners working together, and use Nimaya's Agentic AI tools to make compliance and reporting simpler. The programme itself gives young women 40 hours of hands-on learning, 32 hours in person and 8 hours online, covering chatbot building, Agentic AI training, AI-powered research and communication, creative problem solving, presentation skills, real projects and mentorship.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of the Faridabad programme, including cohort planning, enrolment pipeline and batch scheduling
  • Deliver the target of 700 young women trained across Faridabad over the next year
  • Lead and manage the on-ground field team, setting weekly priorities and reviewing delivery quality
  • Coordinate with trainers, the internal team and on-ground stakeholders so sessions run smoothly
  • Build and maintain the enrolment pipeline so batches fill on time
  • Own programme data and reporting, including operational trackers and impact dashboards
  • Prepare funder reports and presentations that show real learner outcomes
  • Implement Nimaya's Agentic AI tools to make compliance and reporting faster
  • Manage partner relationships with local institutions and community groups
  • Expand GenAI learning into areas of Faridabad where AI exposure is still limited
  • Track learner outcomes beyond certification and act on what the data shows
  • Travel within Faridabad for field visits and on-ground reviews

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in program management, partnerships or a related strategic role
  • Development sector experience preferred
  • Proven experience managing or overseeing field or operations teams, not only individual delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder and partner management experience
  • Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, with comfort using programme data to build reports and presentations
  • Familiarity with compliance, documentation and structured reporting systems
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Comfortable travelling within Faridabad
  • Based in Faridabad, which is a must for this role
  • Proactive attitude, with willingness to take initiative and adapt
  • Attention to detail paired with a clear view of the bigger picture
  • Sees CSR as an investment in nation building rather than charity
  • A strong desire to support young women from restrictive circumstances to succeed
