Role

Central Square Foundation is hiring a Project Associate / Project Manager – High Potential Students in Hyderabad. This full-time role supports the implementation of Telangana's High Potential Students programme by working closely with government stakeholders, schools, programme partners and internal teams. You will coordinate programme execution, monitor implementation, analyse data and support field operations to strengthen learning opportunities for students from underserved communities. The role involves regular travel across Telangana.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the High Potential Students programme across Institutes of Excellence in KGBVs.
• Coordinate with government departments, school leaders, programme partners and vendors.
• Monitor programme implementation across EdTech, assessments, academic enrichment and career pathways.
• Organise stakeholder meetings, partner reviews and government consultations.
• Maintain programme trackers, timelines, action logs and documentation.
• Prepare reports, presentations, field visit notes and progress updates.
• Analyse programme data to identify trends, implementation gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct field visits to schools and educational institutions.
• Document implementation learnings, best practices and programme insights.
• Identify implementation risks and support timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of programme objectives.
• Support emerging programme priorities and government requests as required.

Requirements

• 0–2 yr of experience for the Project Associate role or 2–5 yr for the Project Manager role.
• Experience in education, development, programme management, EdTech or government-facing projects is preferred.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Experience managing timelines, trackers and multiple workstreams.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Excellent documentation, report writing and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English and Telugu.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across Telangana.
