Role

As a Research Coordinator (Coordinatorship), you will support research projects by coordinating participants, communicating with research teams, and assisting with workshops. This opportunity is ideal for students and fresh graduates interested in research, psychology, and academic project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate participants for research studies conducted by Monk Prayogshala.
• Support participant recruitment through multiple communication channels.
• Coordinate participants for workshops and research activities.
• Communicate effectively with the Human Resources Executive and research teams.
• Maintain participant records and assist with research coordination.
• Ensure smooth communication between participants and project teams.

Requirements

• No prior experience required.
• Age between 18–24 years.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Good spoken Hindi.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good coordination and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple research activities simultaneously.
