Reap Benefit

reap5 (1).jpeg Reap Benefit works to build skills and agency in young people so they can solve real climate and civic issues in their own communities. Through its Solve Ninja Movement, the organization creates first mile changemakers, young people who take action on the problems they see rather than waiting for someone else to fix them. Reap Benefit's mission is to activate 10 million citizens by 2030 to solve civic and environmental problems locally, strengthen self governance and reshape citizen participation. So far, the organization has activated over 1.2 lakh Solve Ninjas, with 80 percent continuing on as civic intermediaries, enabled over 1 lakh civic actions, 3,413 campaigns and 552 innovations, built hyperlocal Solve Ninja communities across 18 states, and partnered with 5 government bodies across 4 states.
