Role

A hands on Product Management role leading Glific, a WhatsApp based chatbot platform used by NGOs across India, with a focus on shaping its next phase as a more AI powered product.

Responsibilities

• Own product features end to end, from research and planning through launch and improvement
• Track and improve product performance using data, experiments, and user feedback
• Shape the product roadmap based on research, NGO needs, and usage data
• Work closely with engineers to define clear requirements and make technical decisions
• Analyze data directly using tools like SQL and BigQuery to guide decisions
• Test and refine new ideas, including AI features, before building them fully
• Lead the vision for practical, responsible AI features on the platform
• Design user friendly experiences through prototyping and testing
• Work directly with NGOs to understand their needs and support successful use of the platform

Requirements

• 10 or more years of total work experience, including at least 5 years in SaaS product management
• Proven experience shipping software products and owning their outcomes
• Comfortable working with databases, dashboards, and technical discussions with engineering teams
• Strong understanding of AI and large language models, with a clear view on where they add value
• Able to wireframe or prototype using AI tools, with a good sense of user experience
• Experience turning user research and feedback into product improvements
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical ideas to non technical audiences
• Patient and empathetic in supporting users and partners
• Experience in the social sector or with mission driven organizations preferred
• Experience with chatbots, conversational products, or Glific specifically is a plus
