Role

Quest Alliance is hiring a Technical Support Associate to provide first-level technical support for its digital platforms, including MyQuest, QUESTApp, Admin Panel and MQOPS. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, managing platform administration, supporting deployments, conducting user training, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless platform operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for web and mobile applications.
• Troubleshoot user issues and escalate complex technical problems.
• Support user onboarding, account management, and platform administration.
• Maintain platform configurations and user access.
• Prepare user guides, SOPs, and technical documentation.
• Track issues and support operational reporting.
• Conduct product orientation and technical training sessions.
• Gather user feedback to improve platform adoption.
• Travel to partner locations for implementation, setup, and technical support.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Programme teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, application support, IT operations, or product support.
• Experience supporting web and mobile applications.
• Experience with user management and admin portals.
• Knowledge of UAT, regression testing, and Jira or similar ticketing tools is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Knowledge of an additional regional language is an advantage.
