Role
A hands-on role for an internal entrepreneur to design, manage, and raise funds for projects that create social and environmental impact.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed plans and designs for new community projects.
- Lead the daily implementation and management of project activities.
- Identify funding opportunities and manage project budgets effectively.
- Track project progress and evaluate results to ensure goals are met.
- Build strong relationships with partners, donors, and community members.
Requirements
- Graduate degree or MBA in a relevant field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in project handling or similar roles.
- Strong skills in speaking, presenting, and professional networking.
- Ability to use basic office software and manage project data.
- High level of ownership and a talent for solving problems quickly.
