The Earth Care Foundation

Earth Care Foundation is a non- governmental and not for profit organisation registered as a Trust in 2005 under the Indian Trust Act. It works for establishing a Sustainable Society and Sustainable life style by empowering the underprivileged sections of the society with knowledge, skillls and resources on the one hand and promoting Environmental Conservation on the other. It has been working for upgradation of knowledge and skills of the children , youth and women of the poor and underprivileged sections of the society so as to help in establishing peace , prosperity and harmony in the society.

Role

A hands-on position focused on tracking project progress, managing finances through Tally, and creating digital content to promote our mission.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and track project progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets.
  • Fundraising and financial management.
  • Generate and analyse reports on project status, expenses, and financial performance.
  • Proficient in using Tally Prime for accounting and financial management.
  • Manage accounts related to project activities.
  • Utilize MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and financial modelling.
  • Maintain and update project-related websites.
  • Possess a basic understanding of IT concepts.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote projects.
  • Create visually appealing posters and videos for project promotion.
  • Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree or currently pursuing graduation.
  • 0-2 years of experience in project coordination, budgeting, or reporting.
  • Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel is essential.
  • Basic IT knowledge and experience with social media content creation.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when handling financial data.
  • Good communication skills for team coordination and social media engagement.
