About the Role
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
As a UX Researcher and Designer at Udhyam, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact B2C products, driving meaningful change through your design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Research & Market Analysis: Identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities.
- Prototyping & Wireframes: Create and test design concepts.
- Usability Testing & Iteration: Implement and refine solutions based on user feedback.
- UI Design & Interaction: Design intuitive, engaging, and effective interfaces.
- Research & Data Interpretation: Use data and qualitative feedback to guide your designs.
- Communication: Present research findings and design decisions clearly.
- Collaboration: Work with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency in design solutions.
- Information Architecture: Develop sitemaps and user stories.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 3+ years as a UX researcher/designer or a similar role.
- Portfolio: Showcasing impressive UX research and design projects.
- Proficient Tools: Expertise in Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and UX research tools.
- Degree: Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or a related field.
- Mindset: Customer-centric, creative, and growth-oriented.
