Role

Lead a team of Embedded Managers across Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kochi to drive gold-standard care practices in 30 Child Care Institutions through the Capacity Accelerator Program (CAP).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the rollout of the Capacity Accelerator Program across 30 CCIs in four cities
  • Build, manage, and mentor a team of Embedded Managers to meet program benchmarks
  • Spend significant on-ground time at CCIs across cities to monitor progress and offer feedback
  • Build strong relationships with CCI leaders, staff, partner organizations, and vendors in each city
  • Offer strategic guidance and technical support to Embedded Managers for smooth program delivery
  • Share field insights with the Academy Team to keep improving SOPs, training modules, and tools
  • Lead training sessions and workshops to upskill CCI staff and other stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvements to the program based on ground learnings and team feedback

Requirements

  • 4+ years of field experience in education, health, or allied social sectors
  • Strong experience managing people and leading teams
  • Background in childcare or organisational development and transformation (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience in budgeting, grant management, and partnership building
  • Strategic decision-making and end-to-end project ownership experience
  • Skilled at facilitating workshops, trainings, or large group sessions (in-person preferred)
  • Strong documentation and report writing skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite, MS Office, and ability to learn new tools
  • Willingness to travel frequently across field locations
