Role
Partner directly with up to five Child Care Institutions to strengthen their care practices, leadership, and day-to-day operations through the Capacity Accelerator Program (CAP).
Responsibilities
- Work closely with CCI leaders, staff, and stakeholders to improve childcare and management practices in line with program benchmarks
- Spend regular on-ground time at CCIs to understand local context and put plans into action
- Build trusting, long-term relationships with CCI entrepreneurs, teams, and partners
- Offer strategic guidance and hands-on technical support to CCI leadership
- Share field learnings with the Guardians Academy to improve SOPs, training modules, and tools
- Lead training sessions, workshops, and other learning programs to upskill CCI staff
- Coordinate with fellow Managers, the Academy, and subject matter experts to keep learning and improving
- Travel to Bangalore up to once a month for in-person meetings, trainings, and team discussions
Requirements
- 2+ years of field experience in education, health, childcare, or related social impact sectors
- Strong interest in childcare or organisational development and transformation
- Experience in partnership management, project leadership, or strategic decision-making
- Background in facilitating workshops, trainings, or large group conversations (in-person preferred)
- Comfort with documentation, report writing, and working in fast-paced startup-style settings
- Must be fluent in Kannada and English (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of Google Suite, MS Office, and willingness to learn new tools
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing field conditions
- Willingness to travel frequently across field locations
