Since 2007, Anudip Foundation has empowered over 730,000 youth, with 53% being women, equipping them with essential digital and soft skills. The organisation runs 90+ Skills and Career Development Centers across 22 Indian states and 3 countries, supported by a team of 900+ members and partnerships with 400+ corporates. Anudip achieves a 70% job placement rate and has contributed to a 300% increase in family income among its graduates. The organisation's tech-driven skilling model has been featured by NITI Aayog for training over 500,000 youth for India's digital workforce, and Anudip has been recognized as a Great Place to Work.
