Anudip Foundation is a nonprofit that helps young people from low-income families build digital skills and find steady work. It brings practical technology training to communities that are often left out, working with schools, colleges and local partners to reach learners where they are. Alongside teaching, it counsels learners and supports them through every stage of their course so they can move into good jobs. Its work now includes training in artificial intelligence, so that young people from all backgrounds can keep pace with new technology.

Role

As Master Trainer for AI, you will prepare staff at partner colleges and schools in Prayagraj and Gorakhpur to teach artificial intelligence to their own students. You will also reach out to young people from underprivileged backgrounds, guide them through their AI course, and track their progress closely so that every learner finishes with skills they can use.

Responsibilities

• Lead train-the-trainer sessions that prepare college and school staff to teach AI with confidence.
• Map local areas to find young people from underprivileged backgrounds and counsel them to join suitable courses.
• Prepare learners for AI training and help them through academic problems with steady guidance and encouragement.
• Set and grade classwork, homework, tests and assignments.
• Monitor each learner's progress and step in early when someone needs extra support.
• Keep accurate and complete records of how college and school staff are progressing.
• Take on other tasks as the organisation's needs change.

Requirements

• A graduate degree in any field.
• At least 3-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the IT or ITES industry.
• Professional training in artificial intelligence and its core concepts.
• Sound knowledge of AI fundamentals, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing and large language models, computer vision, model deployment, AI tools and frameworks, and AI ethics and governance.
• Good computer skills, including sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi, with strong communication and influencing skills.
• Willingness to travel for work and to be based in Prayagraj or Gorakhpur.
