Yuva Skill Foundation

Yuva Skill Foundation (YSF) "Giving Skills, Building Nation" is a certified non-profit initiated to create standardization of assessment tools, plans for various skill upgradation, on-job training, and scientific research. Registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 with the Ministry of Commerce Affairs, Government of India, YSF works closely with India's national skilling ecosystem, including NCVET, MSDE, and NSDC frameworks.

Major Areas of Work

• Third Party Certification (TPC): Conducting independent, standardized skill assessments and certifications across sectors.

• Skills Assessment: Delivering assessment and examination services aligned with National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) standards.

• State Skill Missions: Partnering with various state government skill mission bodies (e.g., MMKVY, CMKVY, UPSDM, BSDM, APMEPMA) to implement skilling schemes.

• Swachh Bharat Mission: Supporting sanitation and cleanliness awareness initiatives as part of the national mission.

• Business Counselling & Entrepreneurship Development: Running programmes to support entrepreneurship and skill development among youth.

• Tree Plantation Programme: Environmental and social responsibility initiatives alongside core skilling work.

• PMKVY (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana) Support: Participating in India's flagship skill development scheme as an assessment/certification body.

• RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning): Certifying informally-acquired skills of workers across sectors.

• Samarth Project: Actively recruiting Subject Matter Experts/Assessors across Construction, Healthcare, Plumbing, Electronics, Renewable Energy, and Textile sectors.

• Sector Skill Council Collaborations: Working as an approved Training Provider/Assessment Agency across multiple Sector Skill Councils (SSCs) recognized by NSDC.
