Role

This is a 9-month contract role where you will lead the Customer Success and Support teams for Glific. You will make sure NGO partners get the most out of the platform, manage a small team, and work closely with people across the organisation to meet key goals for the year.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 3 to 4 Customer Success members, including regular check-ins, coaching, and helping them grow professionally
  • Work closely with teams across Engineering, Design, and Business Development inside the organisation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with NGO partners outside the organisation
  • Oversee the full customer support process and make sure response and resolution timelines are met
  • Execute the Customer Success roadmap across three quarters and own platform goals for FY 2026-27
  • Personally handle one to two high-priority consulting engagements with NGO partners to deliver real outcomes
  • Spot patterns in customer feedback and push for product improvements that help users stay on the platform

Requirements

  • 8 or more years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or Programme Management
  • Experience managing a team and working across departments to get things done
  • Prior work with NGOs, nonprofits, or social sector organisations is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, including the ability to lead webinars, workshops, and client-facing sessions
  • Comfort working with technology platforms and AI-powered products
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to independently take ownership of work and see it through to completion
