Role
Support and grow the Foundation's fundraising efforts by building strong relationships with donors, corporates, and partner organizations while helping secure the financial resources needed to drive program impact.
Responsibilities
- Execute fundraising plans and build strategies to meet financial targets from corporates, institutions, and individual donors
- Draft and manage proposals, MOUs, project reports, donor presentations, and partnership decks
- Maintain the donor database and ensure timely follow-ups, acknowledgments, and relationship updates
- Build and expand relationships with the CSR ecosystem including corporations, foundations, philanthropic institutions, and high net worth individuals in India and overseas
- Understand corporate CSR goals and work with program teams to develop projects of mutual interest
- Coordinate partner meetings, take minutes, and prepare monthly and quarterly fundraising reports and dashboards
- Work closely with communication, finance, and program teams to align donor expectations with ground realities
- Share ideas and feedback to improve fundraising efficiency and engagement strategies
Requirements
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any field like Social Work, Development Studies or similar.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in fundraising, CSR, partnerships, or donor management (NGO or corporate CSR preferred).
- Female candidates only can apply
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English & local language)
- Proposal and report writing, time management skills
- Presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfortable with MS Office, experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of CSR trends, fundraising tools, and legal compliance (like FCRA, 80G) is helpful.
- Must be detail-oriented, strategic, and passionate about social causes.
