Role Overview
The IT Manager will lead EnAble India's IT systems, ensuring they align with organizational goals and support their mission of empowering PwDs. The role involves managing IT infrastructure, overseeing cloud services, ensuring data security, and driving digital transformation projects. The IT Manager will collaborate closely with other departments, manage the IT budget, and work with external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of hardware, software, and networks.
- Align IT systems with the organization’s strategic objectives, ensuring security and efficiency.
- Manage IT budget, identify cost-saving opportunities, and handle relationships with vendors.
- Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet stakeholder requirements.
- Provide technical support, ensure data security, and mentor the IT team.
- Stay updated on emerging technology trends and assess their impact on the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; professional certifications like ITIL, CISSP, or CISM are preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management, with strong technical knowledge in areas like cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Experience in managing IT budgets, leading teams, and handling vendor relationships.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for working with PwDs and creating accessible technology solutions.
