Role

This key operations role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with colleges and institutions in Indore, collaborating with senior leadership to enhance operational efficiencies for timely delivery of technical training programmes. The Account Manager will lead the establishment of multi-year relationships with colleges, ensure flawless program delivery, and strategically cross-sell courses to meet long-term educational and skill-building objectives.

Responsibilities

• Handle existing college tie-ups and acquire new associations
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with senior leadership within colleges to understand their needs and challenges
• Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring open communication and strong partnerships between the organization and colleges
• Strategically cross-sell courses and programs to meet educational and skill-building needs
• Work collaboratively with colleges to identify areas for operational improvement and efficiency
• Conduct periodical checks across the geography to ensure quality work
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve project targets
• Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of strategic account plans, regularly evaluating and adjusting strategies
• Foster strong collaboration with internal teams, including Operations, Technology, and program development
• Share insights from colleges to enhance program effectiveness and relevance

Requirements

• Post Graduate/Bachelor's degree in any field
• 5+ years of experience in College Tie-Up for Technical Training
• Proven experience in account management, client relations, or business development, preferably within the Tech Education Academy space
• Good connection with local college authorities in Indore
• Ability to work effectively with limited resources
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for technology education and commitment to delivering high-quality training programs
