Azim Premji Foundation is a non-profit organisation working to improve the quality of education in government schools across India. The Foundation partners with state governments, teachers and communities to create meaningful and lasting change in the lives of children, especially those from underserved backgrounds.

Role

The Administrative and Program Support Executive will provide administrative and operational support to programme teams in Noida. The role involves office administration, vendor coordination, travel and logistics management, grant database maintenance, MIS reporting and programme support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office administration, including housekeeping, security, pantry, courier services and maintenance of office premises and equipment.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, meetings, workshops and logistics for team members and guests.
  • Handle procurement of office assets and consumables and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and invoice processing.
  • Maintain grant databases, update programme records, generate reports and manage MIS for key grants.
  • Provide field and administrative support to programme teams as required.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to support programme operations.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 3–5 years of administration experience, preferably in a non-profit organisation.
  • Experience with database management, MIS and report generation.
  • Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with data collection tools and ERP systems such as PeopleSoft is an advantage.
  • Experience working in the social sector and Delhi/NCR region is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel locally and inter-city.
