Role

As the Assistant Manager HR, you will support end-to-end human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, payroll coordination, training and HR systems. You will work closely with hiring managers and regional teams to strengthen HR processes and build a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent sourcing.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees.
• Maintain recruitment documentation and HR metrics.
• Manage employee records and HRMS databases.
• Support payroll processing and compensation administration.
• Coordinate employee engagement and training initiatives.
• Work with hiring managers to update job descriptions and hiring plans.
• Liaise with recruitment agencies, consultants, and external vendors.
• Support employee relations, grievance handling, and exit formalities.
• Prepare recruitment and employee MIS reports.
• Contribute to improving HR processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in HR preferred.
• 4–6 years of HR experience.
• Experience in the social development sector is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and HR operations.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel across India.
