Assistant – People Operations in New Delhi | Room to Read
Room to Read
Room to Read works to build a world where all children can read, learn and decide their own future. The organisation runs literacy programmes in primary schools and supports girls to stay in school and finish their education. It works alongside governments, teachers, families and communities across India and other countries, reaching millions of children. - Provide logistical support for learning and development programmes, including calendars, participant lists, invitations, attendance and training records.
- Plan and run employee engagement activities across all states, including Town Halls, the Annual Awards Ceremony and other organisational events.
- Support 2-3 internal surveys each year, such as GPTW and ESS, and follow up on feedback.
- Track spending against the HR budget monthly, manage People Operations audits and review employee appeals through the proper procedure.
