Pravah was formed in 1993 to prevent social conflict by building social responsibility and personal leadership in young people. It believes real change happens when individuals shift their mindset, especially those in positions of power, so that society becomes more inclusive of excluded communities. Pravah runs learning and action programmes for young people across the country, trains teachers, supports youth led initiatives, helps new organizations grow, and works on youth focused public policy. It reaches over 30,000 young people every year and works with around 100 partner organizations and social entrepreneurs.

Role

The Associate Consultant will help Pravah strengthen its data systems and digital tools, supporting the organization's digital transformation journey. This role covers data systems, internal digital workflows, impact reporting and support for new digital learning tools, giving someone the chance to help shape the organization's digital future.

Responsibilities

• Support the rollout of Pravah's digital transformation strategy.
• Design and strengthen data systems aligned with Pravah's monitoring, evaluation and learning framework.
• Improve how data is collected, managed, analysed and reported across programmes.
• Build and maintain dashboards that give real time insights for decision making.
• Support programme teams in using data for reflection, learning and impact measurement.
• Build and improve digital workflows using Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Simplify organizational processes by reducing duplication and automating routine tasks.
• Strengthen how information and knowledge flow across teams, and ensure data quality, security and compliance.
• Develop user friendly dashboards and reports that communicate organizational impact to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the exploration of future digital tools, including learning management systems and youth facing platforms.
• Research user needs and emerging technologies relevant to digital learning and engagement.
• Coordinate with technology partners, consultants and vendors on digital projects.
• Support staff in adopting new digital tools, including training and capacity building.
• Track project progress, flag risks, and help ensure digital transformation initiatives succeed.

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology Management, Data Analytics or a related field preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in digital systems, digital transformation, data management, MIS, MEL systems or technology enabled organizational development.
• Experience working with Microsoft 365 tools, especially SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Experience coordinating technology projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Exposure to the social impact sector is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong systems thinking, problem solving and data visualisation skills.
• Able to turn organizational needs into practical digital solutions.
• Good planning, coordination and project management skills.
• Comfortable working across teams and functions.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Curious and open to experimenting, learning and improving.
