WeDoGood helps small nonprofits and social enterprises grow by connecting them with skilled people who can guide them and solve their problems. These volunteers come from top institutions and companies and bring real experience with them. In 4 years, WeDoGood has worked with over 1,200 organisations across 24 states of India. It is now reaching young people too, using AI to match them with a skilled mentor within 4 hours, and it aims to support 1 crore youth by 2030. This role sits within WeDoGood's Impact Operations team, which runs long-term skilled volunteering projects with partners like Microsoft, Tata, BCG and CGI.

Role

In these projects, corporate and individual volunteers work side by side with grassroots NGOs to solve problems and build solutions. As Impact Operations Associate, you will keep these projects running day to day. You will link volunteers, NGO partners and the WeDoGood team so that work gets delivered on time and its impact can be measured. You will work from the Jayanagar office in Bengaluru 4 days a week and from home for 1.5 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day to day coordination of skilled volunteering projects
• Act as the main point of contact for corporate volunteers, NGO partners and the WeDoGood team
• Track project milestones, deliverables and timelines
• Flag risks early and escalate issues before they grow
• Prepare project status reports, impact summaries and updates for clients
• Onboard new volunteers and NGOs onto ongoing projects
• Document processes and build playbooks so projects can be delivered the same way each time
• Coordinate with the partnerships team to keep clients happy and help them renew

Requirements

• 0 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, operations or client delivery
• Strong organisation skills and close attention to detail
• Ability to handle several projects and stakeholders at once without missing things
• Comfort with unclear situations and priorities that change quickly in a startup
• Excellent written and spoken English, plus other languages
• Skill with productivity tools like Google Workspace, Asana or Notion, and spreadsheets
• Willingness to work a 5.5-day week of about 50 hours in a fast-paced team
• Good to have: experience working with NGOs, corporates or in the social sector
• Good to have: curiosity about meeting different people and learning new things
• Good to have: past experience in a startup or a small, fast-moving team
