Role

The Associate Manager, Program Design & Operations will support The/Nudge's InSight Program, a national initiative working to eliminate uncorrected presbyopia by improving access to affordable reading glasses through community-led and technology-enabled solutions. The role combines product management, programme design, operations, research, and stakeholder engagement to build scalable public health solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design tech-enabled platforms for screening, identification, distribution, and adoption tracking.
• Lead research, product design, and programme strategy.
• Develop scalable operational models for training and service delivery.
• Build the capacity of field teams, trainers, and government partners.
• Ensure solutions are scalable across diverse socio-economic contexts.
• Coordinate with product teams, operations, governments, and implementation partners.
• Build partnerships with governments, NGOs, and philanthropic organisations.
• Support product lifecycle management and continuous programme improvement.
• Use data and research to improve programme effectiveness.
• Lead operational planning and implementation across multiple geographies.

Requirements

• Degree in Product Management, Rural Development, or a related field preferred.
• 5–9 years of experience in product management, programme design, or social impact programmes.
• Experience building scalable, user-centred products or programmes.
• Strong background in research, product development, and operations.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Willingness to travel extensively to rural and remote locations.
