iDreamCareer works to bring education and career guidance to Government School students, helping them make informed choices about their futures. It focuses on hands-on, field-based programmes that connect students, teachers, and communities to build a stronger path toward education and career opportunities.

Role

A 4-5 month, field-based internship supporting career guidance programmes in Government Schools across Sundargarh, Bonai, Panposh, and Jharsuguda. The intern will run student sessions, coordinate with schools, and maintain field reports, gaining hands-on experience in the education and development sector.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of education and career guidance programmes in Government Schools
• Conduct student interaction, awareness, and career guidance sessions
• Coordinate with school principals, teachers, and other stakeholders
• Maintain reports, documentation, and field data collection
• Support student engagement activities and follow-up actions
• Travel regularly to assigned schools and project locations
• Submit field reports and activity updates on time
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and project reviews

Requirements

• Graduate or final-year undergraduate student from any discipline
• Strong interest in the education and social development sector
• Good communication, presentation, and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel regularly and work in field locations
• Must own a personal bike for field travel
• Candidates with a laptop preferred for reporting and documentation
• Basic knowledge of career guidance and student counseling
• Good interpersonal, teamwork, and documentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred
• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
