Role

Anudip Foundation is hiring a College Coordinator to manage college partnerships, drive student enrolments, monitor training outcomes, and support learners throughout their journey from onboarding to placement. The role involves working closely with colleges, students, and internal teams to ensure successful programme delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with colleges, faculty, and students.
• Identify new colleges for programme expansion.
• Generate student leads and drive enrolments.
• Guide students from onboarding through placement.
• Monitor attendance, curriculum coverage, and batch progress.
• Track student outcomes using MIS and academic reports.
• Support placement activities and employer coordination.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare programme reports.

Requirements

• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in student counselling, training, or programme coordination preferred.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and monitor programme performance.
• Comfortable working on-site and travelling within the city if required.
