Role

As a Communications Associate, you will help tell iTeach's story through engaging content, social media, digital marketing, and storytelling. You'll work closely with programme, fundraising, and recruitment teams to create meaningful content that showcases the organisation's impact.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage content for Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Develop campaigns for recruitment, volunteering, and brand awareness.
• Write captions, stories, blogs, and impact narratives.
• Create social media graphics, reels, and short-form videos.
• Build and maintain a content library of photos, videos, and stories.
• Design communication materials including reports, presentations, and posters.
• Update website content and support basic SEO.
• Draft and distribute newsletters.
• Assist with Google Ads and digital marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with fundraising, recruitment, and programme teams.
• Capture content during school visits and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 0–2 years of experience in communications, content creation or social media.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business tools and basic video editing.
• Creative mindset with strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
