ATMA Foundation (Association for Total Mobilisation Action) is a non-profit voluntary organisation established in 2003 and headquartered in Thrissur, Kerala, working with children, adolescents, youth, women, senior citizens, and rural communities across programmes spanning education and empowerment, care and protection of vulnerable groups, health and wellness, and holistic community development. Their Digital and Financial Empowerment Centre provides free courses and training in computer skills, internet usage, Python, C++, and financial literacy, reaching underserved populations through both a standalone centre and travelling classrooms. ATMA Foundation is the first non-profit from Kerala to register on the Social Stock Exchange, and has benefitted over 3,96,000 families since 2006.

Role

Teach advanced computer skills Python, C++, and Web Design to learners from underserved communities through ATMA Foundation's Digital and Financial Empowerment Programme, helping bridge the digital divide across Thrissur and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions in advanced Python, C++, and Web Design to students from underserved communities
• Design engaging, learner-friendly lesson plans suited to varied learning levels
• Mentor and guide students through hands-on coding practice and projects
• Track learner progress and provide individual support where needed
• Contribute to ATMA Foundation's broader digital empowerment outreach and community programmes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of advanced Python, C++, and Web Design
• Excellent communication and teaching skills
• Passion for coding, mentoring, and making technology accessible
• Ability to engage and inspire learners from diverse backgrounds
