This role sits within WWF-India's Sustainable Agriculture Programme, which works with farming communities, Farmer Producer Companies, agri-businesses, startups, research institutions and governments to test and spread farming practices that improve livelihoods and protect biodiversity across Punjab, Telangana, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat.

Role

As Coordinator for Programme & Knowledge Management, you will help the Sustainable Agriculture Programme grow and show its impact. Based in New Delhi and reporting to the Associate Director of the programme, you will turn the programme's field work, data and lessons into plans, reports, case studies and stories that reach donors, partners and the wider public. The role needs strong project management, clear thinking and good relationships with many people.

Responsibilities

• Design and run a knowledge management, communications and outreach strategy that raises the visibility and impact of the Sustainable Agriculture Programme
• Collect, analyse and share the findings, models and lessons that come out of the programme
• Work with the Programme Communications team to feature the programme's work in WWF-India's internal and external communications
• Keep programme content up to date on the WWF-India website and WWF network portals
• Coordinate the development of annual work plans
• Organise meetings with the team and partners to review plans, track progress and share learning
• Contribute to new concept notes and proposals
• Build the Monitoring & Evaluation framework for projects and prepare annual M&E plans in line with WWF-India's organisational framework
• Support field teams to compile progress, outcome and impact data, and analyse quantitative and qualitative data to guide changes in the work
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual progress reports, along with regular technical and financial reports for WWF-India, donors and partners
• Write technical reports and case studies for donors, WWF-India's senior management, WWF-International and other stakeholders

Requirements

• Master's degree in social science, development planning, statistics, management or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the development sector
• Experience in knowledge management
• Experience in programme coordination
• Experience with monitoring and evaluation systems
• Strong analytical skills, including working with quantitative and qualitative data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to explain complex, technical information in simple terms for non-technical readers
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with many stakeholders
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel, and working knowledge of database management
