Role

A fundraising and donor relations role for someone looking to build a career around purpose and impact, whether starting out or bringing years of experience to a meaningful second innings in the social sector.

Responsibilities

• Execute fundraising strategies to secure donations, CSR partnerships, and grants
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential donors by sharing stories of impact
• Lead awareness drives and inspire volunteers and stakeholders to get involved
• Handle communication and reporting related to fundraising activities
• Maintain strong connectivity with field programs to stay updated on ground level impact

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline
• 0 to 3 years of experience, freshers and career changers both welcome
• Strong communication skills to build donor relationships and tell compelling stories
• Comfortable engaging with CSR partners, donors, and volunteers
• Passion for social impact and nation building
