Role

Khan Academy India is hiring District Coordinators to support the implementation of its education programme in government schools across Nabarangpur and Keonjhar districts, Odisha. The role involves working closely with education officials, school leaders, and teachers to strengthen programme adoption, conduct trainings, monitor implementation, and improve student learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support district-level implementation of the Khan Academy programme.
• Conduct teacher orientations and training sessions.
• Build relationships with district education officials, headmasters, and teachers.
• Visit assigned schools regularly to monitor programme implementation.
• Track platform usage and identify implementation gaps.
• Collect programme data and share insights with the central team.
• Maintain records of trainings, school visits, and stakeholder meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve on-ground challenges.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience working with government schools is preferred.
• Fluency in Odia and English.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse data and document programme progress.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district.
• Passion for improving education and student learning outcomes.
