Role

As the EA to the Founder, you will work closely with the Founder to support and drive key organisational priorities. You will help translate ideas into action by coordinating projects, conducting research, supporting partnerships, strengthening internal systems, and ensuring important initiatives move from planning to implementation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Founder's calendar, meetings, priorities and action trackers.
• Support communication with funders, government officials, employers and ecosystem partners.
• Conduct research and prepare presentations, reports, meeting notes, and briefing documents.
• Coordinate organisational projects and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
• Manage documentation and help strengthen internal systems and processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to track organisational priorities and resolve bottlenecks.
• Support strategic initiatives and ensure smooth execution across departments.

Requirements

• 0 to 3 years of experience in executive support, project coordination, operations, consulting, research or similar roles.
• Excellent organisational, coordination and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ownership.
• Interest in the social impact or nonprofit sector is an advantage.
