Role

As an EV Trainer, you will deliver classroom and practical training in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Python, Generative AI, Data Analytics, Green Skills, Sustainability and Electric Vehicle (EV) Technology. You will mentor students, develop learning resources, manage EV labs and work closely with colleges and universities to build industry-ready talent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and lab sessions on AI, Machine Learning, Python, Generative AI, Data Analytics and EV Technology.
• Conduct practical training on Battery Systems, Battery Management Systems (BMS), EV Powertrain, Charging Infrastructure and EV Safety.
• Mentor student projects, hackathons and innovation challenges.
• Develop training content, assessments and learning resources.
• Conduct Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs) and Train-the-Trainer (ToT) sessions.
• Manage EV laboratories, monitor learner progress, and coordinate with partner institutions.
• Travel to colleges and universities as required for project delivery.

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in CSE, AI, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automobile, or related disciplines.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in technical training, teaching, or skilling programmes.
• Strong knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, Python, Generative AI, Data Analytics, EV Technology, Battery Systems, BMS, Green Skilll and Sustainability.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with colleges, universities, CSR projects, or skilling initiatives is preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
