Edunet Foundation

Edunet Foundation is an Indian nonprofit working to build a skilled, inclusive, and future-ready workforce. With pan-India presence across 20+ states, it bridges the gap between education and employment by delivering technology-driven skilling programmes to students across high schools, colleges, vocational institutes, and school dropouts. The organisation holds Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) since 2020 and is a certified Great Place to Work. Edunet designs structured learning pathways in partnership with global technology companies including IBM, Microsoft, Cognizant, and LTIMindtree, and works alongside government bodies such as AICTE, MSDE, and multiple state skill development missions.

Key programmes include:

IBM SkillsBuild: A flagship programme running across high schools, higher education institutions, and vocational institutes, offering courses in emerging technologies and professional skills to make learners job-ready.

AI Careers for Women: A higher education programme focused on building AI and technology skills among women, running across Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh, and other states.

Code Unnati: A technology skilling programme for college students, active in Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh.

Next Gen Employability Program: A career readiness initiative for higher education students, active in Delhi, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, and Kerala. AI Micro Degree: A vocational-level programme equipping students with applied AI skills, running across 15+ states including Bihar, Jammu and Kashmir, and Rajasthan.

Academy for Careers in Technology (ACT): A programme for school dropouts based in Hyderabad, designed to re-enter them into education and technology career pathways. Skills4Future: A higher education programme active in Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu, focused on building future-ready digital skills.
