Intas Foundation is the CSR arm of Intas Pharmaceuticals Ltd. It runs social responsibility work and development programmes for people living on the margins. Its initiatives include Apna Ghar, blood bank upliftment, patient assistance programmes and a set of community projects. Together this work has touched more than 5.9 million lives across 31 states and union territories. This role sits within Intas Foundation's communications function, which tells the story of these programmes to communities, partners and the wider public.

Role
The Foundation is looking for a digital storyteller who is at home on social media, spots trends early, and enjoys both building content and meeting the communities behind it. You will run the Foundation's social media, website and campaign communication, and turn programme results into stories people want to read and share.
Responsibilities
- Execute CSR communication and branding work across projects, keeping visibility materials, presentations and IEC content current and in line with brand guidelines.
- Develop the annual social media calendar and see it through to publication.
- Gather impact narratives from programme teams and shape them for digital platforms.
- Grow engagement with followers, partners and communities across the Foundation's channels.
- Monitor social media performance, website mentions, subscriber growth and online visibility.
- Raise risks and unusual observations from online listening to the right people quickly.
- Coordinate WhatsApp communication campaigns and share programme updates with internal and external audiences.
- Manage website content updates, including CSR plans, annual reports, impact assessment reports and project pages.
- Work with design, hosting and communication agencies so digital and print assets are published and maintained on time.
- Prepare communication MIS reports, analytics dashboards, stories of change and visibility reports.
- Travel to project sites to collect stories, photographs and footage from the field.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Development Communication, Social Media Management or Digital Communication.
- A post-graduate qualification in Social Work with a strong interest in social media, digital storytelling and community engagement is also welcome and is an added advantage.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience handling social media or websites.
- Experience in the development sector is a plus.
- Strong understanding of CSR communication, development-sector storytelling, branding and stakeholder engagement.
- Working command of social media management, content planning and campaign coordination.
- Knowledge of website content management, digital analytics and online engagement practice.
- Excellent written and spoken communication, with the ability to turn programme outcomes into compelling impact narratives.
- Experience creating and coordinating IEC materials, presentations, newsletters and visibility collateral.
- Strong project coordination, documentation, reporting and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, data reporting and analytics.
- Close attention to detail and a creative eye.
- Willingness to travel for about 40% of your working time.
