Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust works to end classroom hunger among children in India. Its Morning Nutrition Programme gives school children a nutritious start to the day, so that hunger does not keep them from learning. The Trust reaches children through government and low-income schools, working closely with teachers, parents and local communities. Much of this work is funded by CSR partners who count on clear reporting and honest updates. This role sits within the Trust's operations team, which makes sure the nutrition programme actually reaches children on the ground and that partners can see the difference it makes.

Role

This is a field-facing operations role covering Yadgir and Mahbubnagar. You will keep the Morning Nutrition Programme running smoothly across schools in both regions, make sure nutrition supplies arrive on time, solve problems as they come up, and act as the steady link between the Trust's internal team and its CSR partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of the Morning Nutrition Programme across Yadgir and Mahbubnagar
• Ensure timely distribution of nutrition materials such as SaiSure Ragi to schools in these regions
• Identify and resolve day to day operational problems in the assigned regions
• Assist in impact assessment of the programme
• Collect testimonials from schools and families and document them properly
• Coordinate with the CSR partner on the implementation of funded projects
• Share programme updates, impact reports and fund utilisation details with CSR stakeholders on time
• Support field visits, review meetings and partner engagement activities
• Visit schools regularly to check how the programme is running
• Conduct capacity building sessions for children, school staff and parents

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Ability to speak, read and write the local language, Telugu
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel
• Willingness to travel across Yadgir and Mahbubnagar as the work requires
• Strong communication skills with school staff, parents and partner teams
• Good coordination skills to keep many moving parts on track
• Comfort working in schools and rural communities
• Ability to keep clear records and share updates on time
• Attention to detail when tracking supplies and distribution
• Ability to work independently in the field with limited supervision
• Patience and warmth when working with children
• Genuine interest in child nutrition and education
