Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust serves nutrition to 10 million school children every morning, across 25 states and 4 Union Territories in India. These children attend government schools, typically located in rural hinterland areas. The morning nutrition is delivered as "SaiSure," a nutrition supplement added to milk, presented to each child every morning after school prayer at the school premises.

Annapoorna Trust serves over 10 million children every morning, having served more than 3 billion meals since 2012, across 1,47,000+ government schools. The organisation supports 55 lakh children in Karnataka, 21 lakh children in Telangana, and 11.75 lakh children in Assam. The Trust's work has been recognised at the highest levels of government, including visits from Prime Minister Narendra Modi, President Droupadi Murmu, and cricket icon Sachin Tendulkar to its Muddenahalli campus. The organisation is supported by over 600 volunteers and numerous corporate and government partners.
