Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust works to make sure no child goes to school hungry. Its nutrition programme reaches government and government-aided schools across several districts, supplying SaiSure Ragi, a fortified health drink mix, to children during the school day. The Trust works hand in hand with headmasters, school staff, district officials and partner organisations so that the nutrition actually reaches the child and is prepared and consumed properly. Field teams travel to schools, check how the programme is running, and carry problems back so they can be fixed. This role sits within the Trust's operations function, which moves nutrition materials from stock points to schools and keeps the records that prove delivery.

Role

The Operations Executive makes the nutrition programme work on the ground in the assigned districts and mandals. This means keeping stock moving to mapped schools on time, standing in the school and seeing how the nutrition is prepared and eaten, and keeping the paperwork behind every delivery clean. The person in this role is the link between the transport vendors, the school authorities and the Trust's own records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the running of the nutrition programme across the assigned regions.
• Ensure nutrition materials, SaiSure Ragi, reach mapped schools on time.
• Conduct field visits to schools to check preparation, quality and consumption of the nutrition provided.
• Coordinate with logistics providers such as Navata and VRL for dispatch and booking of stock.
• Track stock movement and follow up with transport vendors so deliveries reach the school point without delay.
• Work closely with MIS Coordinators, headmasters and school authorities to keep the programme running smoothly.
• Enter and verify data correctly in official records for all Intermediate college supplies.
• Build working relationships with college principals and partner NGOs in the assigned districts.
• Collect testimonials and document success stories from the field.
• Support field-level data collection, including height and weight measurements from CSR-supported schools, when required.
• Coordinate the submission and collection of bills from the respective districts.
• Assist in preparing Proof of Delivery letters and billing documentation for the assigned districts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. -2 to 5 years of relevant experience in NGOs, the education sector, field operations, or government coordination is preferred.
• Strong coordination and follow-up ability.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Strong communication skills in Telugu and English.
• Willingness to travel.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office:
• MS Excel (data entry, billing sheets, trackers, basic formulas, reporting)
• MS Word (official letters, documentation)
• MS PowerPoint (presentations preparation)
