One Future Collective (OFC)

One Future Collective is a feminist social justice organisation that works to grow leadership in communities that are often left out of decision-making. It believes every person has the power to lead change and invests in women, queer and trans people across South Asia. Its work centres care, lived experience and learning together.

Role

The One Future Fellowship is a feminist leadership programme for women, queer and trans people from South Asia. Fellows learn together in a cohort, reflect on who they are and what they carry, get one-to-one coaching, and turn what they learn into real action through projects in their own communities. The journey moves through four arcs: understanding yourself, understanding yourself in relation to others, building power with others and working with systems, and planning a leadership path that lasts beyond the fellowship.

Responsibilities

• Attend 3-hour weekly live sessions that mix classroom learning, workshops and immersive experiences.
• Share your lived experience to help the group build knowledge together.
• Work through the four learning arcs, from self-understanding to engaging with systems.
• Complete reflection papers and skill assignments in each learning phase.
• Plan and carry out micro-action projects that put your learning into practice.
• Lead a capstone project, on your own or with other fellows, that creates real-world impact.
• Take part in up to five monthly one-hour coaching sessions focused on your skills and values.
• Build a clear personal value system and act on it in your leadership.
• Create a plan for your own leadership journey after the fellowship ends.
• Join and contribute to a community of fellows and alumni working for social justice.

Requirements

• Belong to any South Asian country.
• Be above 18 years of age as of 1 April 2026.
• Identify as a woman, queer, gender-nonconforming, non-binary, trans, agender or genderfluid person.
• Give 12 hours a week to the fellowship.
• Attend a 3-hour live session every week.
• Programme fee of ₹25,000, with customised payment plans including EMI options.
• Financial aid is available. Anyone who receives aid pays a non-refundable accountability fee of ₹10,000.
• Assignments are accepted on a rolling basis until October 2026.
• Interviews take place on a rolling basis from September 2026.
• Final selections are announced in November 2026.
• Willingness to reflect openly on your own experiences and values.
• Interest in social justice and in leading change in your community.
• Duration: 15 November 2026 – 2 May 2027 (6 months)
