In its sessions, students build things, try out ideas and work with real tools, which helps them become curious, creative and confident. The foundation works with schools and partner organisations to bring this kind of learning to students in many different places. Its goal is to help students build practical skills and grow into future innovators and leaders.

Role

As a Field Teacher, you will bring hands-on STEM learning to students at schools and other locations around Adilabad. You will plan and run sessions, set up the tools and materials, and make sure every session is safe, smooth and fun. You will work closely with schools and partner organisations, travel between sites, and use feedback to keep making the sessions better. This role suits someone who enjoys working with young people, likes finding out how things work, and is happy to spend their days out in the field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead engaging, hands-on STEM sessions for students at different locations.
• Coordinate with schools and partner organisations to schedule and organise sessions.
• Manage travel routes, logistics and the setup of materials before each session.
• Keep students safe and make sure every session runs smoothly from start to finish.
• Support students as they use basic electronics and other STEM tools.
• Collect feedback after sessions and use it to improve how sessions are delivered.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Adilabad, Telangana, and willing to travel often to schools and other session locations.
• Basic skills in MS Word and Excel.
• Comfort working with basic electronics and hands-on STEM tools.
• Ability to plan and lead lively, hands-on sessions with students.
• Good coordination skills to work with schools and partners and keep session logistics on track.
