Young TinkerSpace (YTS): Support for institutions to set up and operate a Young TinkerSpace, a permanent on-campus tinkering and prototyping lab.

Tinker on Wheels (ToW): A mobile learning space fitted with AI, IoT, coding, 3D printing and rapid prototyping equipment, which turns outdoor spaces into working STEM labs; the organisation states each unit has the potential to reach more than 10,000 students a year.

TOP (Teachers of Practice) Training: A teacher training programme delivered with governments, centred on design thinking and on grounding student learning in empathy and real community problems.

IDEAS: An Incubator for Design, Engineering and Applied Solutions, which takes student ideas further into engineering and applied work.

NASA Human Exploration Rover Challenge teams: Student teams selected from cities, villages and children's homes are prepared to design and build a rover for the annual international challenge.
Tinker on Wheels is the initiative that carries the organisation's reach furthest. It is designed for schools without lab infrastructure, and units run in partnership with state governments and corporate foundations, which is how the model extends beyond the states where fixed TinkerSpaces already exist.
Impact
The organisation states that its Young TinkerSpace and Tinker on Wheels initiatives have reached over 270,000 students across India, while its own homepage counters separately cite 15,000 students impacted through STEM programmes in schools, 100 volunteers, 12 NGOs supported and 50 million views of its educational content on YouTube. It states that its student team took World Rank 3 in the High School Division of the NASA Human Exploration Rover Challenge, becoming India's first under-19 team to do so, and won a category award at the same challenge in a later year. It maintains partnerships with STPI, ISRO Space Tutor, the Government of Odisha, T-Works and the Government of Telangana, Samagra Shiksha Hyderabad, IIT Delhi, IIT Bhubaneswar, NSRCEL at IIM Bangalore, NMDC, GMR Varalakshmi Foundation, ServiceNow, Intellect, Nisum, InfoVision, Nucleus Software, Mouri Tech Foundation and the U.S. Consulate Hyderabad.

Working here means being close to the students and schools themselves rather than to a policy desk. The work is practical and field-heavy: setting up labs, running mobile units into villages, training government school teachers and coaching student teams through build cycles that end in a working prototype. It gives exposure to state education departments, science and technology agencies, corporate CSR partners and international competition circuits at the same time. It suits people who want to see a physical thing get built by a school student who had no access to tools before, and who are comfortable spending time in schools and small towns rather than in an office.
