This role sits within Young Tinker's flagship Tinker on Wheels (ToW) programme, bringing mobile, hands-on STEM education directly to schools across Hyderabad.

Role

As a Field Teacher under the Young Tinker Fellowship, you will plan and conduct Tinkering on Wheels (ToW) sessions across assigned locations, coordinating with schools and partners to ensure smooth program delivery while managing the logistics and setup of ToW vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct Tinkering on Wheels (ToW) sessions across assigned locations
• Coordinate with schools and partners to ensure smooth program delivery
• Manage routing, logistics, and setup of ToW vehicles
• Monitor program performance and collect feedback for improvement
• Ensure safety protocols and compliance at all times
• Provide basic electronics support during sessions
• Manage inventory, supplies, and basic budget tracking

Requirements

• BSW, MSW, B.Tech, Diploma, or any Bachelor's degree
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Benefits

• Receive a structured monthly stipend of ₹26,509, made up of ₹16,509 as a living stipend, ₹6,000 as a completion grant (paid after successful completion) and ₹4,000 as travel allowance (reimbursed for official use)
