Anugraha is a non-profit organisation working for the welfare, health, dignity and well-being of senior citizens. It runs awareness drives, training sessions, health and wellness activities, and community programmes that help older people live with respect and support. The work happens close to people, in neighbourhoods and community spaces, with local NGOs, institutions and government partners.

Role

Anugraha is looking for an active and responsible Field Training Coordinator to plan, coordinate and run senior citizen welfare and awareness programmes. You will be based in Delhi and travel regularly to Haryana and Uttarakhand to hold programmes, bring participants together, work with partner organisations, and keep clean records of everything that happens in the field.

Responsibilities

• Plan programmes and coordinate all field activity for each event.
• Coordinate with NGOs, institutions and other stakeholders involved in the programmes.
• Mobilise participants and confirm their attendance for each programme.
• Arrange venues and make the practical arrangements needed on the day.
• Execute programmes on the ground from start to finish.
• Maintain attendance sheets, photographs, bills and supporting documents.
• Prepare records in Excel and write programme reports after each activity.
• Manage field travel across Delhi, Haryana and Uttarakhand.
• Run several programmes at the same time and work independently in the field.
• Follow up with partners and participants so commitments are kept.

Requirements

• Graduate degree preferred
• 1 to 3 years of experience
• Age between 25 and 35 years
• Good Hindi and basic English communication skills
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email
• Good coordination and follow-up skills
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Comfortable with fieldwork and regular travel
• Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Experience in the NGO or social sector, government projects, event management, field coordination, or community mobilisation is preferred
• Candidates from Haryana and Uttarakhand will be given preference due to the field-based nature of the role
