Head / Senior Manager – Capacity Accelerator Program in Bangalore | Guardians of Dreams | ₹9-18 LPA
Guardians of Dreams
Guardians of Dreams Foundation is a young non-profit that works with children's homes, known as Child Care Institutions (CCIs), so that the children growing up in them get better care and a better start in adult life. Many of these homes struggle with little funding, little access to expert help and little support suited to their situation. The Foundation gives them grants, expert guidance and hands-on coaching, and helps them improve how they run, step by step, over several years. It works with homes in Bengaluru and other cities in South India. This role sits within the Foundation's Capacity Accelerator Program (CAP), which supports groups of children's homes as they change their care practices and grow stronger as organisations.

Role
As Head or Senior Manager of the Capacity Accelerator Program, you will lead the program and decide where it goes next. You will bring what you learn in the field, from data and from partners into the program's plans, working closely with the leadership team. You will learn about every area that shapes children's futures and a home's long-term health, including healthcare, education, mental health, life skills, fundraising and staff development. This is a role for someone versatile who wants to commit to the childcare sector, stay with the organisation and grow with it. The post is on-site in Bengaluru and will be filled at either the Head or Senior Manager level depending on experience.

- Manage field operations, resource allocation, and sector-level organizational capacity initiatives alongside executive leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years (Head level) or 7+ years (Senior Manager level) of experience in education, public health, or related social sectors.
- Proven track record in people management, partnership development, L&D/curriculum design, and end-to-end project execution.
- Strong strategic decision-making ability, field adaptability, and comfort leading teams through organizational change.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and digital tools proficiency (MS Office/Google Suite), with a willingness to travel frequently.
- Entrepreneurial background and proficiency in South Indian languages (Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu, or Tamil) are preferred.
