Role
As a Human Resources Executive, you will support end-to-end recruitment and HR operations for Monk Prayogshala. The role involves talent sourcing, candidate coordination, onboarding, employee documentation, HR administration, and supporting recruitment for research and academic positions.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment partners.
- Conduct preliminary telephonic and personal interviews.
- Prepare job descriptions and manage recruitment campaigns.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, employment agreements, and onboarding documents.
- Execute induction and onboarding programmes.
- Maintain HR databases, CRM, and employee records.
- Coordinate with universities, placement agencies, and recruitment partners.
- Conduct exit formalities and employee documentation.
- Support performance appraisal processes and HR policy implementation.
- Coordinate HR activities for research projects and organisational events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Human Resources, or MBA (HR) preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
- Basic understanding of research concepts and social sciences.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Excellent organisational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
