Role

As a Human Resources Executive, you will support end-to-end recruitment and HR operations for Monk Prayogshala. The role involves talent sourcing, candidate coordination, onboarding, employee documentation, HR administration, and supporting recruitment for research and academic positions.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment partners.
• Conduct preliminary telephonic and personal interviews.
• Prepare job descriptions and manage recruitment campaigns.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, employment agreements, and onboarding documents.
• Execute induction and onboarding programmes.
• Maintain HR databases, CRM, and employee records.
• Coordinate with universities, placement agencies, and recruitment partners.
• Conduct exit formalities and employee documentation.
• Support performance appraisal processes and HR policy implementation.
• Coordinate HR activities for research projects and organisational events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Human Resources, or MBA (HR) preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
• Basic understanding of research concepts and social sciences.
• Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Excellent organisational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
