Sajhe Sapne is building a future where young rural women have the opportunity to learn, earn and build long-term careers. Through its Sapna Centers and district-level partnerships, the organisation creates pathways that support young women in transitioning from school to meaningful employment.

Role

As a Learning Associate / Sr. Associate, you will help design and strengthen the learning journey for young rural women across Sajhe Sapne's Sapna Centers. You will research topics, develop curriculum, create engaging learning experiences, support facilitators and continuously improve learning resources based on classroom feedback.

Responsibilities

• Design classroom activities, projects, discussions and learning resources.
• Develop and revise curriculum, facilitator guides and training materials.
• Facilitate workshops, learning circles and classroom sessions when required.
• Observe learning sessions and identify opportunities to improve student engagement.
• Support facilitators through training, mentoring and curriculum guidance.
• Collaborate with programme teams to improve learning quality across Sapna Centers.
• Document learnings, feedback and curriculum improvements.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in education, curriculum development, facilitation, training or a related field.
• Strong curiosity and interest in designing engaging learning experiences.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into interactive activities.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Canva.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of local dialects is an advantage.
